How to strengthen your hair according to Ayurveda

A Healthy Diet for Healthy Hair

According to Ayurveda, food and digestion are inextricably linked, essential factors that affect your body’s health. Poor nutrition, irregular meals, and an unbalanced diet can lead to lank and lifeless hair.

What do you need to do?

  • Follow a dietary routine that nourishes your body’s bone tissue and fat tissue. 
  • Incorporate foods such as fresh coconut, nuts, almonds, etc. into your diet.
