10 Superfoods for Healthy Kidneys

Here are 10 superfoods that are good for your kidney health –

1. Cauliflower

This cruciferous vegetable brings lots of Vitamin C to your plate, along with folate and fiber and other essential nutrients that are good for your kidney health.

2. Olive oil
